Flexible working arrangements
Recognising our team members have different needs to work at their best, we engaged with our team to implement a hybrid flexible workplace model accessible to all staff. We work with our team one to one to identify the best arrangement for their needs, with the goal to support improved balance and ability to meet their personal and professional obligations and ambitions.
We support continuing professional development and career progression for all staff. Our performance development program provides opportunities for 360 degree feedback, goal setting and skills development opportunities. Regular training initiatives include weekly ArchiCAD training sessions, monthly in-house CPD presentations, studio project tours and lessons learned presentations. We also offer studio access to AIA and Parlour Collective sessions, and financially support training, conference and seminar attendance.
