Flexible working arrangements

Recognising our team members have different needs to work at their best, we engaged with our team to implement a flexible workplace policy detailing opportunities accessible to our team. We work with our team one to one to establish mutually agreed arrangements, with the goal to support improved balance and ability to meet their personal and professional obligations and ambitions.

Professional development

We support continuing professional development and career progression for all staff, including providing a training budget for all staff annually to develop their skills. Our performance review and development program provides opportunities for 360 degree feedback, goal setting and skills development opportunities. Regular training initiatives include weekly ArchiCAD training sessions, in-house CPD presentations, studio project tours and lessons learned presentations. We also offer studio access to CPD through our ACA, DIA, prefabAUS, and Parlour Collective memberships, and financially support training, conference and seminar attendance.
