After more than 25 years in project management and quality assurance, Julie knows that meticulous document control and an end-to-end focus ensures fewer project variations and a smoother construction process.
Since joining the team in 2011, she has helped transform practice quality management systems and OH&S policies and procedures, leading the certification process to achieve ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. A lead document controller with strong knowledge on compliance requirements for the delivery of Victorian Government projects, Julie has managed data on a wide range of major developments of values up to $240 million.
With a long professional history of project delivery on site, Julie maintains a macro view that considers briefed need and regularly assesses risk. She fosters this systematic approach in others, mentoring younger staff, and relieving administrative pressure from the team wherever possible to maximise project time spent in design refinement.
