Experienced Architectural Graduate


Improving the experience of intimate space is a career commitment for Marielle. She champions comfort and beauty, connection with nature and ease of movement for end users, in the pursuit of humble but transformative design.

Prior to joining Foreground in 2015, Marielle worked in architectural studios in France for several years on a range of residential, civic, and education projects, including town halls, libraries, and shared community facilities. She has contributed to Foreground projects across a variety of sectors practice-wide since, including education, community, residential, justice and government headquarters projects.

Marielle prizes trust highly and nurtures this with both clients and colleagues – her tools being meticulous technical process and close attention paid to client briefs. Key projects she has contributed to include the Eastern Hub, the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre expansion, and master plans and upgrades for various DELWP facilities across regional Victoria.
