Matthew has cultivated a strong reputation for detailed construction and engineering knowledge after more than two and a half decades drafting for structural firms and high-profile architecture practices across Australia. With many engineers in his family, this expertise almost seems to be in Matthew’s DNA, and he seeks out complex structural challenges wherever possible.

Demonstrating skilful coordination of specialist consultants’ drawings, Matthew documents building details with precision and attention to current standards and codes. The Foreground team utilises this expertise on designs of significant size and technical merit, with projects including Unison’s social housing apartment developments in Werribee and  Fairfield.
