Since joining the practice in 2018, Yale has gently pushed the boundaries of projects like the 2019-completed Caulfield Grammar School Sporting Hub, but has proved just as proficient at sustained documentation delivery on large-scale correctional centre projects. Key developments he has contributed to have included the Victoria Police Centre of Learning for Family Violence and the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre expansion projects.

Passionate about new technologies, Yale is known for mastering technical skills quickly, then generously sharing these learnings with those . Prior to his work with Foreground, he held key support roles in reputable practices architecture practices in Melbourne and Malaysia.
