Reserved exclusively for retirees 55 years and over, Blue Hills Rise consists of 16 apartments and a combination of lifestyle services.
The brief called for a sophisticated, contemporary, warm and welcoming environment for residents, comprising comfortable and practical, hard-wearing spaces.
Expansive facilities ensure residents and visitors can pursue a range of sociable activities, including swimming, gym workouts, bowls and shopping. We designed various indoor and outdoor cafés and dining areas, lounges, bars and dance areas. All interventions contribute to a resort lifestyle defined by choice and opportunity.
