Cumberland View Hostel is a combined high and low care facility for people requiring quality aged care services in a pleasant home-like environment.
The hostel is located on the same site as the Cumberland View Retirement Village, which includes 258 independent living units and a community centre with a variety of resident facilities.
Through our ongoing relationship with the client we continue to provide multi-disciplinary services to the Cumberland View facility, including masterplanning, specialist aged care, architectural and interior design services.
Upgrades to existing facilities include refurbishment of existing reception areas and offices, resident apartments, independent living units, communal dining room and multi-purpose spaces, the selection of furniture and artwork and the provision of marketing collateral.
